Job Description

Candidate should have fair understanding of end to end knowledge of accounting flows.

Should have experience in General ledger/ Reconciliations/ Cash Management/ Accrual/ Prepayment/ accounting.

Should possess good communication skills (both spoken English and written).

Candidate should be smart to face/discuss process related issues with client directly without support.

Should have experience in Journal entries, Reconciliation.

Must have knowledge of Monthly Quarterly Yearly reporting

We are looking for a skilled Office Coordinator cum accounts executive to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks. The goal is to ensure that office operations are efficient and add maximum value to the organization responsibilities

Reviewing invoices and checking the requests of the same so as to avoid any errors.

Matching invoices and setting up same for the payments.

Reconciliation of the payments and monitor accounts to ensure payments are made up to date and resolve any discrepancies.

Preparing monthly reports and assisting in month end closing.

Processing year end accounts.

Preparing monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts.

Maintaining financial information through files and documents.

Monitoring balances of various accounts and related financial activity.

Administered online banking functions.

Maintained monthly reconciliations for payment of Liabilities.

Client interactions and resolving issues pertaining to Tax, NI Calculations

Addressed employee queries on tax and other payroll related calculations.

Candidate should have experience in Tally and MS Office. .

Good Experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Invoice processing.

Preparation of TDS statements

Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts.
