Job Description:

- Day-to-day entries in Busy like Cash, Bank, sale, purchase, Journal, Payment, and Receipts.

- Bank Reconciliation Statement in Busy.

- Knowledge of TDS and posting invoices as per applicability of TDS provisions.

- Responsible for handling Branch Reconciliation.

- Handling of vendor payment & Vendor reconciliation.

- Handling of sale invoicing Through busy.

- Handling of customer payment & reconciliation.

- Bill passing in busy.

- Handling Petty cash: Arrange/ Manage Petty Cash.

- Knowledge of Bank related work like processing cheques/RTGS/NEFT and other banking activity.

- Good Exp of GST.

- Knowledge of MIS reporting on various parameters from time to time.

- Full knowledge of MS Office like Excel/Word and all computer functions.

- Assisting seniors in the preparation of accounting details as and when required.
