1. Develops and Maintains Timely and Accurate Financial Statements and Reports that are Appropriate for the Users and in Accordance with Applicable Accounting Standards.

2. Develops, Implements, and Ensures Compliance with Internal Financial and Accounting Policies and Procedures.

3. Ensures Pervasive Existence of An Internal Control Mechanism that Facilitates Early Detection of Deviations from Expected Norms and Promotes Regulatory Compliances.

4. Ensures Compliance in Statutory Audit Requirements of the Organization Including, Withholding Payments, Income Tax, Gst

5. Prepares all Supporting Information for the Annual Statutory Audit, Corporate Audits and Internal Audits.

6. Documents and Maintains Complete and Accurate Supporting Information for all Financial Transactions.

7. Develops and Maintains Financial Accounting Systems For, Accounts Payable, and Petty Cash.

8. Reconcile Bank and Investment Accounts and Reviews Monthly Results and Implement Monthly Variance Reporting as Compared to Budget.

9. Manages the Bookkeeping Function, Including Maintenance of the General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll.

10. Develops and Implements Policies and Procedures as Required to Ensure that Financial Information is Secure
