Job Description

Responsibilities:-

• The main responsibility will be to understand the client’s data and information, and correctly enter it into accounting software with attention to detail.

• You will be responsible to oversee the work and run a complete and thorough accounting system for the client.

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements

• Month and year-end process- general journal entries, accruals, account analysis and reconciliation of accounts

• Prepare management reports

• Organize and archive documents

• Scanning, copying, physically or electronically filing documents and maintaining documents

• Ad-hoc projects & reporting as assigned

• Candidate must show a desire to improve processes and results for the client

What we are looking for:-

• Detail oriented, with strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Willingness to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.

• Interpersonal skills with ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and work in a team environment.

• Strong computer skills including good knowledge of Microsoft Office software suite and especially strong Excel skills required.

• Experience with Sage50, Sage200 and Quickbooks a plus.

Duration: Full time

Working Hours

1 April to 27 October – 10:30am to 7:30pm India time and

October 28 to 31 March – 11:30am to 8:30pm India time

Start date: ASAP
