Job Description

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced person to primarily play the role of managing the finance and accounting function effectively.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Analyze and monitor the finance aspect, costs, procedure & internal processes for Finance, Accounts, Treasury.

2. Coordinate with auditor to Finalize the year end accounts.

3. Should have knowledge in commercial and export documentation, knowledge in shipping, freight forwarding etc.

4. Scrutinize key general ledger accounts and bring discrepancies and observations.

5. Statutory compliances: TDS Payment, TDS return filling issuing of TDS Certificate and GST filling.

6. Preparing and Finalization of Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss account with related schedules.

7. Coordination between various functions of branches.

8. Preparing MIS Reports

9. Assist to close the books of accounts on month on month basis.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Qualification : B.Com

Experience : More than 6 years experience in Accounts & finance area & also knowledge in Packing credit facility.

Knowledge in Tally ERP9 & other ERP
