Job Description

• Prepare and update the Accounting, Admin & Financial reports as requested by management.

• Prepare payment voucher and plan payment according to due date including organization into different category of payment such as computer cheques, on-line payment and manual cheques depending on the supplier set-up in Aisumi India.

• Checking of monthly staff claim, primarily from sales for mileage, accommodation, and other travelling expenses for reasonableness before payment is authorized.

• Maintenance of manual and computer cheque registers to ensure all physical cheques are accounted for.

• Close Accounts Payable Ledger monthly and ensure that the reconciliation between the sub-ledger and general ledger tally.

• Preparation of monthly accrual journal to ensure that expenses are taken into account in the appropriate month.

• Attend to auditors for queries raised during the interim and year- end audit including creditor’s confirmation if required.

• Working on accounting, book keeping and reporting activities for Aisumi India.

• Work with team members to assist with various accounting and sales projects.
