1. Every day invoices processing , records payments, and track expenses of the organization.

2. Each expense must be cross-checked with the corresponding invoice, with purchase

order to ensure that the billing is accurate.

3. bills to be sent to customers; processes refunds; interacts with collection agencies on

past-due accounts; and, works to resolve billing disputes.

4. Purchase bill booking in accounting system.
