4 monitor Day to Day Accounting Functions Like, Expenses Vouchers, Payment of Bills, Verification of Documents, Cost Controlling.

5 modify / Develop Accounts Department Policy, Sop as per Needs.

6 cash Management like - Reduce Average Length of Account Receivable Timely Collection to Avoid Breakdown, Payable Cash, Short Term

Investment Plan.

7 manage Accounting Process Related to Expansion, New Venture, Takeover Business Unit Accounting, Follow Related Laws During this

Process.

8 monitor Internal and External Audit (delegate Work to Accounts Team)

9 sourcing Finance (long Term, Short Term) to Cater Business Requirement. Long Term Investment Plan, if Required.
