Job Description

Establishing and Nurturing relationships with clients to understand their iterative business needs and requirements and create custom work structures as an added layer on the SOPs, to create valuable client relations.

Develop new strategies to get better value for existing clients.

Creating and posting project plans in accordance with the client requirement, bandwidth available and smooth functioning.

Taking over the conversion base from the Business Development Team, once the project has been awarded and articulating it to the operations team.

Handling on-site meetings involving all operational aspects.

Creating and maintaining an ecosystem to stick to the approved project plan. Handling operations, delivery and timeline.

Provide support to the business development team with interesting creative concepts and pitching ideas while identifying business opportunities with the existing client base, according to their business requirements.

Process management Strategize. Deliver. Repeat.

Leading the creative team and help them in executing the vision and creating concepts while at the same time having the Hands-on experience in content writing and Quality Control.

Responsible for daily and weekly reports that go to the clients/management for smooth functioning.
