Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Oversees the accounting team and ensures that the company's financial records are

accurate and up-to-date.

- Leads a team of accountants or oversees a specific area of the accounting function.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as the primary

point of contact.

- Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges, and proactively propose suitable

solutions to address them.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized strategies that align

with client goals.

- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and work to expand our

product/service offerings.

- Prepare and deliver regular account reviews and performance reports to clients.

- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to ensure we remain ahead of

industry developments.

- Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner, maintaining

client satisfaction.

- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and ensure timely payment processing.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and transactions in the

CRM system.

- Keep abreast of industry best practices and apply them to improve client

engagement and retention.

- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and

develop new leads.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting field.

- CA inter preferable

- Should have worked in a CA firm at least for 3 years.

- Proven work experience for 4-5 years as an account manager or in a similar client-

facing role.

- Should have proper knowledge of Balance sheet and Profit and loss.

- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships.

- Demonstrated ability to understand client needs and translate them into actionable

strategies.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards finding solutions.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts

simultaneously.
