Job Description

1. Analyze and prepare paying expenditure reports, Reconciling statements, Financial Statements other business transaction reports with appropriate GAAP standards.

2. Experience of USA Accounting & USA Taxation methods & laws, QuickBooks and other US accounting technologies.

3. Communicating with team members/Clients to verify the amounts related to bills payable or receivable and Review invoices and check requests.

4. Provide Basic Accounting and Bookkeeping Support to Clients/Team and assist in month end closings.

5. Responsible for Timesheet entries in QuickBooks, Payroll Entries, experience in ADP is preferred.

6. Review JEs including setting up of recurring JEs, accrual related to compensation and benefits accounting.

7. Coordinate with accounts managers to solve daily accounting issues such as invoice discrepancies, balancing accounts and managing past-due accounts.
