URGENT Hiring for Senior Account Executive

Job Location: Delhi

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsible for compiling accounts.

Payment reconciliation & disbursement.

Manage Inventory Levels & Stock levels in account books

Coordinate accounts information & directives to the management

Generate the desired MIS for the company and discuss the same with the management

Provide inputs to create & modify the financial policy.

Ensure implementation of financial policy.

Advise on improving the accounting procedures in the company

Create Balance sheets of the company

Generating tax invoice to facilitate sales and dispatch from warehouses

Create and submit Tax returns such Sales Tax, Excise, TDS and others

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Competencies / Skills

Primary Skills

Proficiency in English writing and communication

Proficiency in drafting government & other communication letters

Proficient in any accounting software

Proficient in Microsoft Word

Proficient in drafting data sheets in excel

Good knowledge of excise and sales taxation & involved documentation

Secondary Skills

Proficient with typing on a computer.

Basic Computer Knowledge.

Should be sharp, keen and cool minded.

Should be able to furnish or self-certify a character certificate
