Job Description

Background in accounting and finance, with experience ranging from P&L/Financial

Statements, management reports, general ledger, and journal entries accounts payable/receivable

& reconciliations.

Preparation of sales Invoices.

Entries related to daily transactions of cash, bank, journal entries and other expenses and

Purchase Invoices.

Updating the report related to stock, debtors, creditors, assets.

Close Follow up for debtors and creditors payments. Over viewing of the Aging Analysis.

Scrutinizing & auditing of daily sales/cash/bank statements sent by all Branches. Reconciliation of

Bank, debtors, creditors.

To prepare and issue Cheques, Demand drafts, Fund transfers and RTGS after proper payment


On line monitoring of all bank accounts.

Preparation & Maintenance of books of Accounts of various entities and financial statement.

Working of TDS & preparation of TDS Return

Working of GST & Preparation of GST Return (i.e. GSTR3B & GSTR1)
