As a Lead Conversion Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for individuals who have expressed interest in our program. Your mission will be to understand their career goals, address their queries, and present the value proposition of our program in a compelling way. You'll utilize your exceptional communication skills to build rapport, provide accurate information, and guide them towards making an informed decision to join our comprehensive training and placement initiative.

Responsibilities:

Initiate contact with leads who have shown interest in the 100 Days Job Challenge program.

Engage in meaningful conversations to understand their career aspirations, skills, and requirements.

Explain the features, benefits, and value of the program to potential participants.

Address questions, concerns, and objections in a professional and persuasive manner.

Collaborate with the marketing team to stay updated on the program's offerings and updates.

Maintain a well-organized record of leads and their interactions in our CRM system.

Meet or exceed conversion targets by effectively conveying the program's benefits to applicants.

Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for each lead.

Collaborate with team members to continuously improve conversion strategies and techniques.

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build trust and rapport over the phone.
