General :-

- Should be a team player.
- Should ability to learn/adapt new techniques and technologies regarding game design.

Animation Skills :-

- Ability to create smooth animations of human models (mostly includes movement animations, weapon reloading animations etc..)
- Should have the knowledge of root motion.
- Should be able to create a controller for human models to animate ease.

Art Skills :-
- Ability to create high poly and low poly PBR models.
- Good Understanding of UV unwrapping, Texturing, Photorealism, normal maps, displacement maps, occlusion maps, light maps etc..
- Understanding of Graphics and Game design
- Excellent knowledge of unity's interface
