Job Description

â¢Establish and maintain strong relationship with existing clients

â¢Be aware and in pursuit of opportunities in the market to increase companyâs chances to bid for new projects and increase its customer portfolio

â¢Identify new potential clients, plan and organize sales calls and visits

â¢Collect and understand customersâ requirements and tender documents when appropriate

â¢Interpret clientsâ needs and propose solutions

â¢Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations on how the products/solutions will meet clientsâ needs

â¢Prepare tender documents & quotations in cooperation with estimation and design team

â¢Negotiate contracts and close sales after agreement on the terms & conditions

â¢Provide pre-sales and after-sales support services

â¢Responsible for managing the pre-sales communication with client

â¢Continuously develop studies related to competitors' performance, product ranges and prices

â¢Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for the head office in Beirut

â¢Ensure sales targets are met on quarterly basis
