Vacancy 1: Category Finance
Handle business controlling for India, including budget and rolling forecast preparation, analysis of actual results, and preparation for monthly business reviews, margins, and costs.
Lead Cost Management initiatives.
Implement process improvements; automate the preparation of business review templates and set up processes for improving visibility of the business
Set up process for controlling Expenses across all the regions.
Defining and improving SOPs.
Vacancy 2: Investor Relations/Treasury
Help to manage relationships with existing investors, including correspondence, participation in client meetings, management of follow-up actions, and work on RFPs and other ad hoc projects.
Prepare and distribute investor reporting, including risk reports, regulatory reporting.
Conduct update calls and operational due diligence meetings with investors.
Coordinate monthly update calls for large groups of investors.
