Would be responsible for managing fund raising events of the NGO.
Fluency in English and should correspond independently.
Would be writing minutes of meetings, maintaining minute book.
Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
-Handle customer inquiries
-Provide customers with product information and advice travel arrangements e.g. visa, passport etc.
-Enter new customer information into system
-Follow up customer calls where necessary
