Qualification : M.Sc. in Chemistry/ Food Chemistry/ Applied Chemistry/ Analytical Chemistry/ Industrial Chemistry/Food Technology.
Age : The upper age limit should not exceed 35 years as on 01.12.2016.
-Ensure the Food Products meet standard set by both company & regulatory bodies.
-Well versed with FSSAI rules & regulations
Conduct Quality & Food Safety audit as per schedule at every Restaurant and share the improvements areas.
Primarily responsible for carrying out the Preventive Maintenance as per the preventive maintenance schedules.
Direct responsibility to carry out the breakdown maintenance in the plant as per the work orders.
