Overview
We are a US based travel company dealing with Homestays and Service Apartments globally. We want people on contractual basis to help us build property supply in Hyderabad.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for growing the quantity of hosts and listings in Hyderabad as per training imparted
- Identify potential leads in market - through online and offline sources
- Onboard new hosts by introducing them to our platform
- Identify hosts that can take on additional responsibilities
- Works with local team to identify strategies to grow the market and to develop effective channels to acquire hosts
Requirements:
- Familiarity with local tourism landscape and property market
- Should be mobile within the city with own vehicle for local transport
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is a must have. Spoken Telugu preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to negotiate with small local vendors and build relationships
- Minimum Qualification - Graduate
- Prior minimum 1 year experience in sales (preferably in real estate/travel)
