Job Title: Education Counsellor (Telesales) Job Location: Ghatkopar West (Mumbai) Job Description: Education Counsellor is among the most important roles in Toppr. As the first point of contact for students with Toppr, you play a crucial role in guiding students. As an education counsellor you are expected to understand the need/requirement of the students on the call and solve their need by providing them appropriate product feature. You would be contributing to the company revenue by achieving and exceeding your sales target. Essentials: Age limit: Below 28 years. Education: 12th Pass Desired Candidate profile: -Good communication skills (English & Hindi) -Telephone Etiquette -Passionate about sales -Self Motivated -Goal Driven -Open to Flexible Shifts ( Working any 9 hrs. between 08:00 22:00) -Open to working on weekends (6 days working with work offs only on weekdays) -Previous Telesales Experience is an added advantage -Previous counselling and education industry experience is an added advantage Compensation: Rs. 2L 3L per annum + Incentives
