-Handling pre-sale enquiries via phone / e-mail -Gathering customer needs and reporting that to manager -Updating the CRM and managing the sales pipeline regularly -Regular communication with the customers -Planning and organizing customer follow-ups and skype sessions -Organizing and attending events such as seminars , workshops, conferences and exhibitions -Come up with brand building events and try for corporate tie-ups -Co-ordinating with accounting team on regular basis for sales update (receivables)
