Adhere to sales plan like meeting the budgeted number of clients every week, follow up with clients, etc
Plan weekly sales cycle and schedule client meeting accordingly.
Fast & accurate information dissemination and response for quotations/information to customers
Preparing client proposals, presentations,
Sending Proposals, Order Processing and Payment Follow-ups.
Preparing sales and sales related reports including daily call reports, weekly reports, sales projection report, monthly sales plan etc
Plan and budget revenue generation for the week and month
Contribute to sales strategy and generate ideas for revenue maximization
Maintain strong relationships with clients and agencies in the persons portfolio
Achieve budgeted revenue and sales .. through new client acquisition and existing client mining.
Operations
Ensure process adherence at all times and error free timely delivery of projects.
Ensure timely invoicing and collections.

Be a team player
Work closely with new team members to mentor and guide them in their initial tenure.
Touch Points should be CXO level people meetings. Having Good contacts with Marketing & HR function heads.
