Job Description:
- Daily checking and fulfilment of orders
- SMO, SEO, Facebook marketing activities
- Manage the back-end of all the various portals on which products are listed
- Answering customer queries, calls regarding product/company generated from website
- Internal co-ordination with warehouse and production team
- Shipping and tracking of shipments
- Hosting website on all possible e-commerce portals and B2B portals
- Business development (finding potential export/b2b clients)
