Overview
What you will do:
- Handle all customer and vendor escalations
- Troubleshooting day-to-day vendor/customer issues
- Work closely with Business Development & Operations team on vendor onboarding
- Act as a communication link between the customer and the particular seller transacting on the platform
- Training and management of new team members as the Customer & Vendor Experience Team expand in coming months.
