Trainer International Voice Outbound Sales experience: Min 1 Yrs. as Trainer (on Paper) in International Bpo. job Description: - Experience in B2c & B2b Sales is a Mandate. - Deliver Induction Training Program to all New Front Line Associates. - Conduct On the Job Training (ojt) On Sales, How to Enhance Productivity, Range Selling and Motivate the Team to Achieve Set Sales Targets. - Assess Training Needs/ Analyse the Performance Gap, Observing Sales Calls; Studying Sales Results Reports. Should Be Strong in Content Development. - Track Performance of the Sales Team.
