Critera/Skillset: 1. Should have minimum 2 Years of Work experience in DOTNET in any Software companies. (Work experience in any LEVEL 5 Company will be added advantage) 2. Passion to handle classes for fresh graduates 3. Interested in Revenue sharing instead of fixed salary. 4. Responsible for 100% Successful completion of the course modules. 5. Maintain the punctuality and readiness 6. Responsible to Provide Training/Mentoring the candidates on DOTNET 7. Should be able to answer/Provide solution for all queries asked by the trainees 8. Should have strong interpersonal and good communication skills. 9. Willing to Spent time on Morning (1-2 Hrs) in Weekdays and in Weekends based on schedule. 10. Willing to join immediately or short notice. Note: Any previous training experience will be added advantage but NOT Mandatory.
