Overview
- Discussing the requirements with POC and doing research to understand the technology and need of the requirement
- Ability to use different sourcing media like portals (Naukri and Monster), networking portals (LinkedIn), databases and referrals
- Posting the Requirement in the Portals, LinkedIn
- Screening all potential candidates (Prescreening & Tele Screening)
- Formatting & forwarding the Profiles to the POC
- Coordinating with POC and technical panel for feedbacks and schedules
- Follow-up with the candidates for Interview Schedules till final placement
- Negotiating with potential candidates for critical requirements on offers & joining dates
- Follow up process until the candidate receives the offer letter, confirms DOJ and joins our client company
