Overview
Were looking to add Sales Managers to a brand new team to lead and develop an inside sales team, maintain high productivity levels, achieve sales targets and continue to grow the organization. Sales Manager will ensure sales targets are met by developing and improving sales processes and tools, and working closely with internal teams to continuously improve Alphasofts delivery and takeout offerings.
General Summary: Manages sales of the companys products and services in within a defined geographical area. Ensures consistent profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning deployment, hiring and management of sales personnel. Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short and long-term sales and earnings.
PACKAGE: 6-7.45 Lac per Annum
ZONAL POSITION: FIROZABAD, KANPUR/JHANSI, BAREILLY, LUCKNOW, ALLAHABAD, VARANASI, GORAKHPUR
WORK AREA: 7-9 Districts in a Zone
POSITION: 7 (One for each Zone)
PROBATION PERIOD: 6 Months
