Channel Management Consultants Role Includes Enhancing Revenue Using Different Channels such as Direct Sales, Internet, Telephony and other Lead Generation Mechanism. Responsibilities Include Managing Key Accounts, Customer Relations, Channel Management, Marketing, Technical, Administration, Operational and Knowledge Management Activities. the Channel Team Plays An Important Role in Generating Revenue to the Organization Also; It Helps in Achieving Consultancy Strategic Objectives. the Responsibilities Includes. Job Description:- Establishing Channels in Different Sectors such as (automobiles, Banking & Finance, Biotechnology, Capital Markets, Defence, Energy, Entertainment, Fmcg/fmcd, Health Care, Infrastructure, Insurance, Information Technology, Logistics, Media, Medical Equipments, Mining, Public Safety, Telecom, Transportation, Utilities). Generating Quotation, Performa Invoices & Invoices for Sales and Post Sales Activities. Follow-up of Outstanding Payment from Customer for It Services and Business Solutions. Generation of Reports Monthly, Quarterly & Annually and Reporting Back to Product and Senior Managers. Maintaining Case Files and Paperwork and Work Within Guidelines Set By the Company. Representing Consultancy At Trade Exhibitions, Events, Conferences & Facilitating Demonstrations. Interaction with Internet, Sales, Service, Telephony and Application Engineers On a Day-to-day Activities. Good Leadership Qualities & Effective Verbal & Written Communication Skills. Desired Area of Skill Sets:- Proactively Conducting Opportunity Analysis By Keeping Abreast of Market Trends & Competitor Moves to Achieve Market – Share Metrics & Streamlining Systems with Proven Ability to Enhance Operational Effectiveness & Meet Operational Goals. Should Be Able to Present Fresh Thinking in Any or Some of the Developments in Terms of Information and Formation of Effective Data. Should Be Able to Network with Individual and other Corporate in Any of the Above Areas. Ability to Think Clearly, Analytically, and Critically with Good Inter-personal Skills. Qualifications:- Graduate or Mba (systems and Marketing). Technical Knowledge of E-commerce as An Industry Will Be An Added Advantage. Knowledge of Ms Office Application and Hands On Computer Preferable
