Job Details:

Job profile:
Preparation of Quotations, Tenders, Presentations, Servicing Contracts as per requirement of Customers.
Complete Housekeeping Responsibilities of Office.
Taking care of day–to- day Petty Expenses, Reimbursement of Telephone expenses, maintaining Stationery Stock & Pantry Arrangements.
Administration support: File management, drafting of letters, correspondence, screening of telephone calls, fielding inquiries & requests, escalating any urgent matters.
Procurement of office Stationeries & responsible for upkeep of Office equipments. Administration of AMC’s for all Office equipments.
Receipt of Bills, Processing the same and handing over of Payments to vendors for all logistics & Admin related activities.
Follow-up with customers for release of regular payments and settlement of old out-standings.
Publication of recruitment advertisements and coordinating for interview of potential candidates.


Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree, Master Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, M.B.A/PGDM
